This special course celebrates the essence of Nagasaki through a fusion of cultures, incorporating the finest summer seafood and seasonal vegetables from Nagasaki, infused with Wa-Ka-Ran mix culture influences.
Enjoy this culinary journey in a cathedral-style restaurant adorned with shimmering stained glass and soaring 10–meter–high ceilings – a truly unique setting where the rich food culture of Nagasaki meets the charm of international heritage.

In summer, we offer a seafood dish that features seasonal grunt fish and is enriched with Chinese-inspired fresh karasumi, sealed in a foil bake to preserve its rich aroma.
Our meat dish features grilled domestic beef sirloin, served with a sauce made from Nagasaki miso and sweet bean paste.
To finish, enjoy a dish inspired by Nagasaki’s custom of ending meals with rice balls: grilled rice balls topped with seasonal grilled anago, served in a flavorful broth made from ago dashi.
