Restaurant Cathedréclat makes elegant use of a space that was once a chapel, with beautiful, sparkling stained glass windows and a 10-metre-high ceiling.
We offer dishes that use ingredients sourced from the neighbourhood and reflect Nagasaki’s DNA ¾ its mixture of Japanese, Chinese, and Western cultures ¾ as well as a creative twist.

Dinner
Blanche is our signature dinner course that uses carefully selected local Nagasaki ingredients so you can fully enjoy the flavours of the neighbourhood. The fish dish is the one our chef most wants you to try. It puts a Chinese twist on cotriade, the speciality of the Brittany region of France, using plenty of seafood from Nagasaki Prefecture and fish sauce. For the meat dish, savour our Nagasaki Wagyu beef pie, served with a red wine sauce that has the aroma of Chinese spices.
Our signature dinner course is an innovative dining experience that brings together Nagasaki’s incredible food culture and the influence of other cultures.
