Restaurant Cathedréclat makes elegant use of a space that was once a chapel, with beautiful, sparkling stained glass windows and a 10-metre-high ceiling.
We offer dishes that use ingredients sourced from the neighbourhood and reflect Nagasaki’s DNA – its mixture of Japanese, Chinese, and Western cultures – as well as a creative twist.
