Following its warm reception, our afternoon tea adorned with aromatic herbs
and spices continues from September.
Drawing inspiration from the history of our building, once a monastery,
we incorporate herbs that have long brought comfort and healing to monastic life, alongside spices traditionally treasured for both culinary and medicinal uses.
Layering the sweet heritage of the Sugar Road with the rich aromas of herbs
and spices, this autumn afternoon tea invites you to unwind and savor the changing season.

For sweets, enjoy seasonal creations such as a Mont Blanc-style petit tart and
a lemon madeleine accented with aromatic cardamom.
The savory selection includes sweet potato brûlée paired with the delicate saltiness of Unzen prosciutto,
and a quiche featuring Unzen mushrooms scented with thyme,
bringing together the flavors of autumn with the aromas of herbs and spices.
To begin, a herb-inspired welcome mocktail combines mint and lime with a touch of matcha.
The fragrant notes of mint and gentle acidity of lime are layered with the depth of matcha,
setting the tone for an autumn afternoon tea experience.
