HOTEL INDIGO NAGASAKI GLOVER STREET WITH PIERRE HERMÉ PARIS

Afternoon Tea Themed on "Sugar Road"

Afternoon Tea Collaboration with "Pierre Hermé Paris"

Nagasaki City, the only gateway for trade with the West in Japan,
spread sugar throughout the country via the Nagasaki Kaido "Sugar Road".
The city is currently implementing the "My SWEET NAGASAKI" project,
which utilizes sweets to enhance the city's charm.
At the hotel, we are launching an afternoon tea themed on "Sugar Road"
in collaboration with the French patisserie "Pierre Hermé Paris," which leads this project.

Afternoon Tea Reflecting Nagasaki's Sugar Culture and Wa-Ka-Ran Culture

Enjoy an afternoon tea that highlights Nagasaki's ingredients and sweets, themed on "Sugar Road".
The menu includes seven types of sweets, such as amber sugar resembling the stained glass of the cathedral restaurant and macarons from "Pierre Hermé Paris," as well as four types of savory items like fruit sandwiches with castella and kakuni slider burgers.
For beverages, we offer a selection including hojicha from Nagasaki Prefecture and the hotel's original blend of loquat tea. Spend an elegant tea time in the cathedral restaurant, where the stained glass sparkles.
