A selection of seven elegant sweets awaits, including a financier inspired by the iconic Ispahan from Pierre Hermé Paris, a pound cake delicately scented with matcha and yuzu, and a macaron pairing blackcurrant with a luscious vanilla-and-violet cream.
Spring’s bounty adds further color, with a petite tart made from Nagasaki-grown strawberries and an elderflower-and-strawberry gelée.
