The concept behind Restaurant Cathedréclat’s cuisine is “new intercultural gastronomy”. It offers guests a cross-cultural dining experience that reflects Nagasaki’s tradition of blending the cultures of Japan, China, and the West while always staying new.
Blanche, the restaurant’s signature dinner course, uses lots of locally sourced, seasonal seafood, allowing you to savour the many delectable flavours of Nagasaki.
Restaurant Cathedréclat occupies a space formerly used as a chapel and retains the original sparkling stained glass windows. It is a stunning place to enjoy local ingredients from the neighbourhood.
