You will be asked to pay 30% of the room charge if you check out between 11:00am and 3:00pm, 50% of the room charge if you check out between 3:00pm and 6:00pm, and 100% of the room charge after 6:00pm.

If you are an IHG One Rewards member at a certain membership level and make a reservation through the official website, you can check out late without paying any additional charges, subject to room availability.

You are welcome to use the restaurant, courtyard, and other public spaces.

You can only earn points when you book directly through IHG, the hotel’s website, or by phone. You cannot earn points when you reserve rooms through travel agencies or other reservation sites.

You must cancel your reservation at least eight days before the first day of your stay. If you cancel less than eight days before your planned stay, you will be charged 100% of the room fee, in accordance with the hotel’s terms and conditions.

If you reserve a room through a travel agency or another company’s reservation website, you will need to contact them directly about their cancellation policy.

The maximum number of guests is three. Extra beds are available.

Yes, we do. However, they are subject to availability, so let us know if you would like to stay in a connecting room when you make your reservation.

Yes, most of the hotel is wheelchair accessible and we have wheelchair accessible rooms. We would ask that you inform us that you use a wheelchair when you make your booking. The Premium King Accessible, Main Building rooms are barrier-free. We suggest that you contact the hotel directly to reserve a room.

Please be aware that there are steps between the two main buildings of the hotel. If you need assistance to navigate these, ask a staff member for help.

We do not allow pets to stay in our guest rooms.

Yes. Please be aware that you will need to send us a copy of your guide dog’s certificate when you make your reservation or sometime ahead of your stay.

In each guest room, you will find toothbrushes, shower caps, hairbrushes, shaving kits, and other toiletries.

Loungewear is available for guests in our guest rooms. If you would like a different size, please ask the staff at the front desk.

Cribs and bed guards are available for rent, but we recommend that you request them in advance as we have a limited supply.

We look forward to seeing you when arrive, but we ask that you contact the hotel in advance if you will be arriving after midnight. If you have restaurant reservations and will be late, please contact the restaurant in advance.

We can keep your luggage for you. Please ask at the front desk.

We recommend making reservations in advance to ensure we can accommodate you. For walk-ins, we only seat parties on a first-come first-served basis. You can also make a reservation online, by phone, or through the restaurant reservation button on the homepage.

Most of the time we accept bookings from both guests and visitors to the hotel. However, we may not be able to accept bookings from visitors during peak times, such as summer holidays. These dates will be posted on the restaurant page.

Yes, we have a private room for up to eight people. Please contact the hotel if you wish to use this room.

While we do not have a cancellation policy, we ask that you call to cancel at least two days before the day of your reservation to avoid inconveniencing other guests.

If you let us know in advance about your allergies or special dietary requirements, we can accommodate your request. We will also do our best to accommodate your requests on the day, but will be able to better cater to your specific needs if we know about them in advance.

Although there is no dress code, we ask that guests do not enter the restaurant wearing the loungewear and slippers provided in the guest rooms.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere at the hotel, including in the rooms and common areas. We do not have a smoking space.
